Vietti Barolo Villero

Carlo Vietti created the Vietti winery in the heart of the Langhe, on the highest point of the medieval village of Castiglione Falletto, in the late 1800s. The famed Barolo producer’s wines are sought after year after year. Vietti's Barolo Villero Riserva 2016 are made from Nebbiolo grapes that are sourced from one of the most significant vineyards of the entire Barolo area. Aged for 30 months in large oak casks, this Barolo is brimming with notes of red fruit, rose petal, and spice, evolving into a complex palate with hints of truffle and leather. The finish is long and persistent, with well-integrated tannins. We recommend decanting a few hours before serving.
