Ultraviolet is a small production winery run by Samantha Sheehan, who is committed to using organic and locally grown grapes with no additives. Sourcing from the cool, high-altitude climate of Red Hills AVA at the base of volcanic Mount Helena, gives her wines a fresh, fruit-forward, and easily drinkable characteristic. This blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (95%) and Cabernet Franc (5%) is soft and supple, fruity like a warm blueberry pie, and exhibits a Bordeaux-like earthiness in the long finish. Pairs fantastically with a hearty ragu or a dark chocolate dessert.
