The Wolftrap White

Established in 1776, the Wolftrap project produces unique wines from the furthest corner of the Franschhoek Valley in South Africa. Even today, the mountains surrounding these vineyards are inhabited by indigenous animals, ironically with no evidence of wolves being found. A blend of Viognier, Chenin Blanc, and Grenache Blanc, this white is rich in flavor and body, with notes of stone fruit, lemon meringue, and a gentle spicy finish. Pair with roasted chicken and root vegetables.
