The Tasca d’Almerita family has been tending to vineyards across Sicily for over eight generations. Laura Orsi, the head enologist since 2004, oversees the winemaking operations for all five Tasca estates. Laura experiments with native Sicilian varietals, beautifully showcased in this white blend. Composed of Inzolia, Grecanico, Catarratto, and a small amount of Chardonnay, the wine opens with a zesty burst of minerality and tart orchard fruits, all guided by vibrant acidity. A perfect aperitivo with stuffed olives!
