The vineyards of Serodes & Kovac are situated in the Limoux area of southern France. The name 'Tâcherons' comes from an old Burgundian tradition that refers to the workers in the vineyards who are paid wages for individual acts, known locally as “pieceworkers.” This attention to detail results in a beautifully balanced Chardonnay, with notes of yellow apples and lemon curd. The integrated acidity, minerality, and subtle touch of oak is a lovely pairing with chicken pot pie!
