Since 1497, the Raventos family have been preserving the old vines and biodiverse culture of their 90-hectare estate. Initially a producer of Cava, Raventos I Blanc changed their distinction to one of the only producers of Conca del Rui Anoia, to better express and preserve the multitude of grape varietals indigenous to Catalunya. A blend of Macabeu, Xarel-lo, Parellada, and Monastrell, this vintage rosé is a spectacle in every sense of the word. Dry with refreshing acidity, it’s medium bodied with a delicate mousse and notes of cranberry, strawberry, lingonberry, stone, and brioche.
