Paolo Scavino Barolo

Founded in 1921, Paolo Scavino, is a historic winery in the heart of Barolo. Now in its fourth generation, one thing has remained constant, their respect and connection to the land. The organic grapes picked for their Barolo come from seven different plots throughout their holdings, each vinified separately, then blended together. Dried fruit and purple flowers on the nose, transition into a vibrant palate with bountiful red fruit. We can’t stop ourselves from bringing this wine home time-and-time again!
