The Librandi family vineyards and olive groves are located in Cirò Marina, a small town in the southern Italian region of Calabria. Third generation winemakers oversee the production of local varietals, including the Ciro Bianco made from 100% Greco Bianco, a white variety brought to Calabria by the ancient Greeks. Fresh and fruity, with notes of stone fruit and citrus, try it with seafood risotto or sheep’s milk cheeses.
