Nestled in the heart of the Red Mountains in eastern Washington, Hedges Family Estate is a true family business. Long committed to biodynamic farming practices, they released their first Demeter-certified vintage in 2015, the same year that daughter Sarah took over as head winemaker. Made from mostly Sauvignon Blanc with a touch of Chardonnay and Marsanne, this zippy wine boasts bright notes of key lime, lemongrass, and mango.
