Hecht & Bannier Languedoc Rouge

Gregory Hecht and François Bannier have been friends and business partners for nearly 25 years. They first met in Burgundy and now focus on the Mediterranean varietals of the Languedoc. A blend of Syrah, Grenache, and Carignan, this red is a rich expression of the region. Notes of red fruit are followed by spice and a hint of peppercorn. Pair this one with your roasted rack of Easter lamb.
