The Azienda Agricola Giacomo Ascheri originated in the early 19th Century in La Morra, a picturesque little hilltop town in Piedmont founded in the 12th century. Now run by winemaker Matteo Ascheri and his son, Giuseppe, this traditional style Dolcetto is incredibly well balanced with bright acidity and medium tannins. Classic notes of brambly berries and red cherries leap from the glass, making this wine perfect for pizza night.
