Foradori Teroldego

This organic, biodynamic estate is located at the base of the Dolomites, where Elisabetta and her family have been working for years to revitalize the local grape Teroldego. A relative of Syrah, Teroldego is dark in color but bright in its fruit notes of cranberry and pomegranate, with spicy pepper tones and a pleasant earthiness. Ideally paired with spaghetti carbonara, where the wine will cut through the fat of the pork and harmonize with the black pepper in the sauce.
