Decero, meaning “from nothing” acknowledges the estate’s mission to create both their vineyards and their wines from scratch. The Remolinos Vineyard – named for the dust devil whirlwinds that blow through the vines, keeping them dry – is located at the high altitude of 3500 feet. Cassis and rich red fruits are the key notes to a fully ripe Cabernet unencumbered by strong oak flavors.
