Domaine Faury is one of the Northern Rhone's most artisanal producers. Philippe Faury took over the family estate in 1979, expanding their holdings to 11 hectares. In addition, he has shared his savoir faire with his son, Lionel. Since 2006, Lionel has taken over the reins at Domaine Faury, though father and son still work side by side. This full bodied, yet elegant, Syrah opens up with notes of violets, spice, and luscious fruit. Pair it with roasted lamb, grilled eggplant, or aged cheeses.
