The Anfosso family has been farming grapes in the town of Soldano in Liguria since 1888. In 2016, the youngest member of the family, Lorenzo, started a winery producing wines from his family’s pre-phylloxera Rosses vines located on parcels between 250 and 300 meters above sea level. His Dolceacqua is 100% Rossese from his Cru Pini and Cry Fulavin vineyards. The wine is a stunning ruby-red that shows brilliant red fruit with a soft hint of spice. Pairs nicely with light meat dishes and fish.
