David Croix took over the Domaine Duchet, located in the Cote d’Or town of Beaune, in 2005, and has been implementing organic practices since 2008. This wine comes from multiple parcels of the Les Cents Vignes vineyard, a large plot on gentle south-east facing slopes. This Pinot Noir is earthy and spicy, with top notes of ripe red fruit and mushroom. Great with duck, this wine is ready to drink now but could easily be a good addition to your cellar.
