Ch. Haut-Mondain Bordeaux Blanc

This family-run winery produces incredibly accessible wines from the left bank of the Garonne. The 2024 Ch. Haut-Mondain Bordeaux Blanc is a crisp, white blend of predominantly Sauvignon Blanc with a little Semillon. Light-bodied, yet complex, this white features notes of white flowers, stone fruit and pear, all tied together with a blanched minerality. Uncork with grilled shrimp skewers with lemon and garlic.
