Chateau Cambon is a venture between three friends—the late Marcel Lapierre, Jean Claude Chanudet, and Joseph Chamonard. Planted in 1914, thirteen hectares of the vineyard were purchased by the trio who expanded the plantings. The parcel is now farmed using biodynamic methods and with a natural approach in the cellar. Juicy and bursting with red cherry flavors and earthy notes, this Gamay would compliment any Easter dinner, but particularly roasted ham or chicken.
