Caviar Nantucket is sourced from a single sturgeon farm in the Warmia region of Poland. Working exclusively with mature, purebred sturgeon—never hybrids—each tin reflects a level of control and consistency that’s increasingly rare in today’s market.
What sets Caviar Nantucket apart is its on-demand harvest model. Unlike conventional producers, each order is harvested and cured just before delivery, ensuring peak freshness. The roe is never repacked or blended—every tin comes from a single sturgeon, preserving its structure, texture, and distinct character.
Finished using the traditional Malossol technique and always borax-free, the result is caviar defined by purity, precision, and an uncompromising commitment to quality.
