The history of Caparzo dates to the end of the 1960s, when a group of friends purchased and restored an old, ruined farmhouse with vineyards in Montalcino. It is run today by Elisabetta Gnudi Angelini and her two children, Igino and Alessandra. Bright and balanced, this Sangiovese opens with aromas and flavors of raspberries, violets, and pomegranate.
