Campo del Drago 2019 is a Brunello di Montalcino cru from the finest vineyard in the Capanna area, a hectare and a half at the highest elevation of the Castiglion del Bosco estate. Structured and with a distinctive personality, Campo del Drago is the most refined expression of Sangiovese produced by the vineyard. This red is full-bodied with an excellent balance of ripe fruit and delicate herbs, velvety tannins and a long, lingering finish. Drink now or stow away in the cellar – this wine will continue to improve with age.
