Altano Douro White

Coming from land farmed by the Symington family since the 19^th century, the wines of Altano highlight the best of the Douro Valley. The high altitude vineyards and cool climate provide ideal conditions to grow white grapes, resulting in aromatic, zippy wines. A blend of local Portuguese varietals, including Malvasia Fina, Viosinho, Moscatel Galego, and Arinto, this white is crisp and clean, with notes of tropical fruit. Pair with grilled swordfish and charred spring vegetables.
