Sottimano Maté Brachetto

Azienda Agricole Sottimano, located in the Piedmont region, was founded in 1975 by Maggiore Sottimano. Today the estate is run by Maggiore’s son, Andrea. This wine is made with 100% Brachetto grapes (typically used to make sweet wines) in the Maté vineyard—a small 1 hectare parcel in the Commune of Neive. This dry version exhibits notes of small red fruit and wild roses that complement its savory qualities of black pepper and salinity. Fantastic with a chill!
