Sarris Winery Lygia Orange Wine

Established in 2016 by restauranteur Panos Sarris, this winery on the Greek island of Kefalonia is fairly new but already produces some of the region’s most renowned wines. This orange wine is made from the indigenous Tsaoussi grape, which has been macerated for two weeks in stainless steel tanks. Expect a medium body, subtle tannins, and a refreshing acidity along with notes of orange marmalade, persimmon, and vanilla.​​​
