Rouvalis Asprolithi Roditis

Rouvalis founder Angelos Rouvali was at the forefront of modern Greek winemaking over 30 years ago. Today the estate is now run by his daughter, Theodora, who continues the practice of organic farming. Asprolithi is made from 100% Roditis grapes that are hand-harvested from hillsides sitting 840 meters above sea level. With vibrant aromatics, this wine has salty, citrusy notes and a touch of herbaceousness. Try it with chicken kebabs and grilled vegetables and be transported to the Mediterranean.
