Raica Colli del Limbara Bianco Aranzu

Aranzu means "orange" in Sardinian dialect, and this two-week macerated, skin-contact Vermentino is a testament to how fantastic winemaking can cross all boundaries and expectations. The Raica project is the brainchild of Cinzia Pelazza and helmed by her husband Eugenio Bocchino, most well-known for his electric Barolos. The wine shows beautiful stone fruits and a lightly herbal undertone that would be a great pairing with roasted chicken.
