Pierre Morey Pommard 1er Cru Grands Epenots

Pommard from one of the great estates of Burgundy, that of Pierre Morey, who was the winemaker at Domaine Leflaive in the 80s and 90s and was responsible for the conversion of the domaine, as well as his own estate, to biodynamic farming. This wine comes from the Grands-Epenots vineyard site, which is known for producing bold wines that deserve a few years in the cellar before opening. When ready, it will greet you with a medium body, elegant fruitiness, and a rustic, earthy finish.
