Since creating his own label in 2008 (after a stint working for the legendary Leflaive), Patrick Piuze has quickly become a star in the region. He focuses on handcrafted expressions of Chardonnay, each of which showcase the unique terroir from the village they come from. Organically grown on a steep slope and crafted entirely in stainless steel, expect lovely notes of nectarine, thyme, and a medium to full body that is beautifully woven together with the region’s hallmark chalky minerality.
