Tucked away in the Mogilovo village of Bulgaria, Midalidare’s first vintage was in 2009. A blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot, and 10% Petit Verdot, this off-the-beaten path red spends 12 months in oak barrels and develops aromas of ripe black cherry and blueberry. Enhanced by black pepper and notes of dried herbs, it’s full-bodied with a long spicy finish. Pair this one with a winter roast or a BRIX Cheese and Charcuterie board by the fire!
