Lieu Dit is a Santa Barbara based wine project from Eric Railsback and Justin Willett, focusing on grapes indigenous to the Loire Valley. This is their 100 % Cabernet Franc, sourced from the Happy Canyon Vineyard on the warm, dry eastern side of the Santa Ynez Valley. Roasted red pepper, tobacco, and graphite aromatics, with a plush, plummy body and a fresh but structured finish. A great burger wine or with a roasted vegetable and grain salad.
