Andy Erickson, the behemoth behind Leviathan, sources grapes from his favorite plots throughout rocky northern California to create a singular representation of the state’s red wine potential. This is a blend of 56% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Merlot, 13% Petite Sirah, with Cabernet Franc, Syrah, and Petite Verdot rounding out the assemblage. A powerful wine with aromas of plum and cocoa, notes of black cherry Coca Cola and savory herbs, with an intense, spicy finish
