Kracher Zweigelt

The Kracher Winery, founded in 1959, is best known for its fantastic sweet wines called Beerenauslese, which is produced from grapes affected by noble rot. This Zweigelt, however, is completely dry and untouched by the fungus. Dark in color, with a floral nose and juicy palate, this wine is herbaceous and plummy, and would accompany a Bolognese sauce perfectly.
