Kobal Bajta Yellow Muscat Pet-Nat

Bojan Kobal rose to esteem in the winemaking world with one of our favorite 'everyday' wines, the skin-contact Pinot Grigio named Pullus. He now created his own winery where he can showcase his talents and the winemaking traditions of Slovenia. Bajta is a pétillant-naturel or natural sparkling wine (pét-nat), made with one-step wild yeast fermentation after a month-long maceration. This wine is made with 100% Yellow Muscat and retains a vibrant yellow cloudy color. The taste is unique and refreshing—enjoy it as an aperitif on a hot afternoon or sip it at brunch!
