Jean Pabiot Dom. des Fines Caillottes Pouilly-Fume

Located in the Loire village of Les Loges is the family estate of Jean Pabiot, which dates back to the 19th century and is now run by Alain and his son Jérôme, who represent the fourth and fifth generations. They farm sustainably across 29 hectares, and produce wines that are balanced, nuanced, and with a striking minerality. This Sauvignon Blanc presents aromas of pink grapefruit, tropical notes of peach and mango, and a medium body complemented by balanced acidity. Perfect with butter-basted seafood.
