Isabelle et Pierre Clement Menetou Salon

Lying just 19 miles west of Sancerre, Menetou-Salon is a small appellation that shares the famed Kimmeridgian soils with parts of Sancerre, Chablis, and Champagne. Made by the Clement family, who has produced wine since 1560, this hand-harvested Sauvignon Blanc is fragrant with aromas of citrus and passion fruit. Refreshing with a very long finish, try it with local oysters or Valençay goat cheese.
