For more than 40 years, winemaker Paul Hobbs has produced wines from across the globe. His Argentinian project, Viña Cobos, had its inaugural vintage in 1999. With it, Paul helped set the stage for the Argentinian wine boom, and the representation of Malbec on the world stage. The Felino Malbec is balanced and energetic, deep purple in color with juicy fresh plum notes, a touch of graphite, smooth, sweet tannins, and a nice long finish. It is a great introduction to the grape.
