Failla Willamette Valley Pinot Noir

The grapes in this Pinot Noir blend come from four different vineyard sites across the Northern Willamette Valley, each with their own terroir and character which adds to the complexity of this wine. Very aromatic, with notes of orange peel and rose petal, the body brings a lovely red berry acidity with umami undertones. An extremely versatile Pinot blend that could be enjoyed with boeuf bourguignon as easily as a grain bowl.
