Evening Land Seven Springs Gamay Noir

Evening Land Vineyards farmed a small sliver of the 30 acres of Gamay in the Willamette Valley— the oldest known vines of Gamay planted in North America. The singular barrel of 2017 Seven Springs Gamay Noir will be the last from the old vine fruit. Overflowing with spice coated, juicy wild berry notes, electrifying acidity and a hint of smoke.
