Les Premices is the most accessible cuvée of Egly-Ouriet’s lineup of iconic organic Champagnes. An equal blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier from a 3.5 ha parcel in the village of Trigny, fermented and aged in stainless steel, on lees for 36 months, and bottled unfined and unfiltered. Medium bodied, with notes of orchard fruit, white flower, and baking spices, this is an approachable Champagne for everyday celebrations.
