Dom. Savary Chablis Selection Vieilles Vignes

Winemaker Francine and her husband Oliver Savary, both from esteemed Chablis wine making families, have been producing Chardonnay in Maligny since 1984. This cuvée comes from vines aged 60 years old on the clay-limestone soils of the Kimmeridgian chain. Bursting with floral notes of honeysuckle, this wine reveals an intense minerality, tropical fruit tones, and a complex structure owing to the faint use of wood. A supremely balanced Chardonnay, perfect with poultry or creamy cheeses.
