Domaine Gour de Chaule Gigondas

Following in the footsteps of her mother Aline, Stéphanie Fumoso now runs the domaine started by her great-grandfather in 1871. Known for their traditional style, they’ve long believed in minimal intervention in both the vineyards and in the cellar, letting the Grenache grape shine. This powerful wine from the sunny Southern Rhone village of Gigondas is a blend of 80% Grenache, 10% Syrah, and 10% Mourvèdre aged in large oak foudres. Luscious ripe red berries and subtle lavender offer finesse alongside peppery spice and dusty tannins.
