Domaine Dupré Goujon is a project that began in 2015 between friends and colleagues, Sébastien Dupré and Guillaume Goujon. They practice agroecology, a method of cultivation that promotes soil regeneration, in addition to their certifications in organic and biodynamic farming. Their “L’Heronde” Côte de Brouilly cuvée is a complex and elegant wine with a fine, silky mouthfeel. The wine is fruity and floral, with notes of pomegranate. It pairs well with roasted poultry and grilled veggies.
