Dom. des Croix Beaune Rouge

David Croix spent his early career making wine for the negociant Camille Giroud, allowing him access to grapes from across Burgundy. In 2005 he purchased Domaine Duchet, renamed Domaine des Croix and the sole focus of his attention since 2016. The Beaune Rouge is produced from organic grapes, fermented with ambient yeast, and without fining or filtration.
