Founded in 1988 by Isabelle and Arnaud Guichard, their estate is in Massif d’Uchaux, located in Côtes-du-Rhône Villages. This heavily forested area is more known for hunting and mushroom foraging than wine. The Guichardes however, are crafting beautiful organic and biodynamic Grenache and Syrah. This little gem opens up with generous aromas of dried cherries, black plums, and a touch of peppery spice. Opulent yet elegant, drink this with Christmas ham.
