Diatom Chardonnay

Winemaker Greg Brewer works sustainably and organically in Santa Barbara County to make wines that are clean, precise, and exemplary of the grape. This Chardonnay is exactly that, unoaked with no malolactic fermentation (much like in Chablis), but with enough heft to remind you of California. Fruity notes of pineapple and white peach dominate, with a saline quality to have you reaching for another sip.
