Couly Dutheil Blanc de Franc Chinon

Not your average Chinon! This white wine made from 100% Cabernet Franc will definitely impress you. It has a pure golden color with the slightest hint of blush and aromas of strawberries, cream, and subtle biscuity notes. Dry on a palate, the wine is medium bodied with very light tannins.

Today Couly-Dutheil remains a family Domaine, owned by the third and fourth generation. You will find their wines in the wine lists of many of the finest restaurants in France, including 21 of the 26 Michelin 3-Star restaurants.
