Commanderie de Peyrassol Rosé
A longtime BRIX pick, this Provençal estate has a rich winemaking history. Since its founding in the early 13th century by the Knights Templar, Commanderie de Peyrassol has been making wine for almost 800 years. The Cuvée des Commandeurs Rosé is a classic blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, and Rolle, which come together in an elegant, but not overly serious expression of Provence. A delicate rose-tinted wine, the bouquet dances with playful notes of ripe wild berries and on the palate the texture is supple, while refreshingly crisp. It’s one of our favorite rosés year after year! Buy a few bottles and transport yourself to the south of France.
