Cesari Justo Veneto Rosso

Hailing from a historic winery in the Veneto region in Italy, the name Justo comes from a combination of the English word ‘just’ and the Italian word ‘giusto,’ meaning right. Crafted from a blend of 60% Corvina and 40% Merlot, the grapes are dried (similar to Amarone) for a short period of time—20 days. Voluptuous, with flavors of ripe red fruit and black cherries, it’s full bodied with soft, velvety tannins. Perfect to pair with game, it is just as delicious with aged cheeses at the end of the meal!
