Made primarily with Garnacha Tintorera, a dark-fleshed crossing of Grenache and another French varietal. As expected the wine pours a deep ruby to purple in color, with red fruit aromas and herbal notes. Aged in amphora, the wine retains a pleasant freshness that ensures it is not overbearing. Rustic but food friendly!
