Bodegas El Nido "Clio"

From old vines in Jumilla, a hidden gem of a region in southeastern Spain, the Clio is a Monastrell-dominant blend (read: Mouvedre) produced by famed Australian enologist Chirs Ringland. Purple to almost black, this rich and savory red is packed with dark fruits and baking spice, and is a touch off-dry. Fermented in stainless steel and aged for up to two years in French oak, it's decadence in a glass.
